Air cooling and air conditioning

When the temperatures soar, air conditioning can help make your night’s sleep a little more comfortable. Thermostatically controlled to keep the internal temperature up to 10°C below external temperature.

There is a thermostat in the saloon, which collectively controls the temperature in the saloon and frontmost cabin, and a thermostat in the rear cabin which collectively controls the temperature in the three rearmost cabins.

Please note: Performance significantly reduces if canal/river temperature is too high.

Le Boat gave us a nice, large boat for a group of 8. There were a few small problems, including bikes that developed flat tires, a sledge hammer with a bad handle that made hammering stakes difficult, and an electrical breaker problem that caused lights not to work for several hours. However, overall the canal cruise went as planned and everyone was pleased. The galley is very functional and roomy for a boat. The deck at the top was a nice place for everyone to relax. When we brought the boat back to a Le Boat base, the breaker issue and the bikes were fixed (although there was another bike flat tire later). The people in France were very friendly, and the wine and food were excellent. We are very sorry to learn about the flooding in Trebes that happened soon after we left! Nice boat! It was very easy to maneuver thanks to bow and stern thrusters. Great galley too.

Overall, very good. Service and support couldn't be faulted. Mattresses on the boat could have done with 'freshening up'. Not a major issue though. Met all our needs. Very comfortable boat.

Everything was top class and they even arraigned for free transport to get to the boat. They had everything ready and there training was thorough. The boat was big and perfect just as we expected. Perfect trip for 6 adults, the boat was plenty big enough. Even en suite bedrooms.

It was all good. Some small niggles due to a lack of attention to detail. The weave was too cold to use the bridge, especially the wind which was unfortunate but it was early season. Enjoyable and enlightening experience
