Overall, the Le Boat experience would have been 5-star except for a couple of small complaints. The check-in process was good; the staff were friendly and helpful. The documentation on the boat was excellent and provided invaluable information about moorings, services, etc. and allowed for detailed planning. The boat (Tango 2) was great and I loved the bow thrusters, which are incredibly helpful for mooring and got us out of one bumping situation by another boat. The boat was comfortable and easy to drive. My one big complaint is the 4PM pickup and 9AM drop-off. I understand that Le Boat wants to maximize rentable days by turning the boats around during the day, and I understand that I could pay extra for early pickup and/or late drop-off. Still, the late pickup and early drop-off seriously limits what we could do on the first and last day. Basically, the trip is two days shorter than listed. In fact, we didn't get out of Messac until almost 6 PM because there was a line of customers, so we had to immediately look for available moorings. Not the best start to the trip. I filled this out once but it wasn't saved.

Excellent throughout our 5 week holiday, and at every base we visited. We began our cruise at Tannay, initially went north to Clamecy and then cruised clockwise completing the circuit, and then returning to the base at Migennes. Therefore we visited all bases on this group of waterways An excellent holiday, as usual, thanks to Le boat and their excellent boat and their support.

The staff at Le Boat were great to work with, from before we even booked with the booking agent explaining everything in detail and answering all of our questions to the final boat return. Great trip in September when there was less traffic on the water and cooler temperatures

Well-appointed boat in excellent condition. The weather was poor but we still enjoyed the upper steering position. Looking down from there also improves visibility when mooring, entering lock gates and in lockd. Already filled in this information.

The receptionist at the pick up station in Saint Jean de Losne was excellent. She spoke English very well and was very helpful. The boat itself was perfect. We had no mechanical issues and the boat was everything we expected and more! It was a very good value!

The advice and service provided by Christinne Benlayo from the LeBoat Cape Town office was extremely poor and disappointing. The Messac team was fantastic and suggested further options. The Messac team was very supportive and helpful. The boat was superb and the experience fantastic. A few more minutes of instruction in boat handling would have been appreciated. Comfortable boat with all ammeneties

The demonstration was undertaken by a gentlemen, who though very knowledgeable, struggled slightly in getting across the instructions due to a language difference. Was disappointed on returning to the boat yard with a steaming engine, that the person who saw us in was unwilling to listen to what we were trying to tell him about the circumstances. The lady in the office, Lucy, was very helpful. Will go again, possibly next year
