Good overall, boat yard on arrival was poor. We booked in for early arrival and our boat wasn't ready until gone 1 pm. So we had to hang around in the cold.
Excellent scenery and weather
Our boat travels with Le Boat have always been great! The people, places and experiences in Holland were memorable. Our Royal Mystique "45" was clean, well equipped and everything in it worked very well throughout the journey. On this last trip however, our boat was well dented, banged up and with out a bimini top from a previous renter's accident. I am certain that there was little that the staff could do in this situation, but when a client selects a deluxe boat he/she expects a quality boat in and out. Besides this minor complaint, as always, we are looking forward to our next Le Boat holiday very soon. Thanks Jose Ramos

all contact was excellent and the technical department Ralph (I think is his name) was fantastic trying to repair the bow thruster.
Generally everything was what we expected.
Appropriate sized and well appointed boat for the canals we cruised.
Booking process was easy and the whole experience great value.
Boat good but badly serviced broke down twice on the same day which was put down to the battery but was in fact a loose nut on the starter motor which cost us a complete day so returned the boat to Vinkeveen two days early as all on board thought the boat unsafe and badly maintained, asked for a refund or credit for the unused 2 days but was bluntly refused. Not impressed with management. Local staff tried their best and a bit more tuition would have helped rather than a rush to reach the lock before it closed.
Could have been a good trip if we had been able to finish it
