Reviews for Canal du Midi cruises
Loved it - our second time this year - will 100% be going back next year
Hello we hired 4 bikes - did the job although i would have preferred mountain bikes like we had when we used le boat in Bordeaux
Excellent customer service.
Amazing journey. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute while boating with Leboat.
The route time and distance was very good. The vessel itself was lacking, slightly from old age and use. For example, the fridge definitely needed service; we were told that the water gauges did not work - too bad as it would be helpful if they did. Our party of four agreed that arrival in Cassafieres could have been better organized; that is, staff direction on where to "park" the boat in the crowded harbour.
What more could one want than to be in the South of France?
All staff held a caring attitude and this reflected in the services provided, from collection of the boat through to hand back.
All round good service and after care

Dear Lawrence,Thank you for providing your feedback. We are very pleased to learn you enjoyed your cruise with us and hope to welcome you on board for another boating adventure in the near future!Best wishes,The Le Boat team
The experience at check in was good but we felt the one woman on duty was often overwhelmed with customers needing attention, all at the same time. There should been 3 people manning the reception desk I felt. We had to wait a long time - a few hours- to get an English speaking technician to talk us through the ins and outs on board. He was good however and even met us at a lock some distance from Trebes to help us sort out a broken bicycle and a problem with the electricity/voltage. That was great service.
It's a beautiful route- wonderful villages, scenic landscapes and friendly people along the way. I loved the locks with tiny cafes too..wonderful wine and craft beer available too!
