Reviews for the Tango
Good customer service.
WE HAD ANOTHER WONDERFUL HOLIDAY WITH LE BOAT. STAFF AT BASE SO PLEASANT & HELPFUL. WE HAD A MINOR HITCH WITH THE LOCK ON 1 DOOR, AND THE ENGINEER WAS WITH US WITHIN 30 MINUTES OF OUR PHONE CALL. BOAT WAS IMMACULATE AS USUAL.
WE LOVE THIS BOAT AS IT IS SPACIOUS AND ONLY 2 STEPS DOWN TO BACK BEDROOMS SO PERFECT FOR PEOPLE WITH WALKING DIFFICULTIES. THE FRONT WINDOWS ARE LOW ENOUGH FOR US TO SEE THE VIEWS IN FRONT OF US AS WE TRAVEL ,AND WE LOVE THE FACT THAT THERE IS A FRONT DOOR AND FRONT WELL WHERE WE CAN SIT ETC. UPPER DECK IS VERY SPACIOUS AS WELL. ALWAYS TRY TO HIRE THIS BOAT AS PERFECT FOR THE 4 OF US.

Very good company.
Really helpful staff. Special mention to Pierre Walters who's knowledge and professional but friendly advice really helped us in the booking of our boat. Once again the boatyard staff at Benson on the Thames were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely be booking with Le Boat again and would have no hesitation in recommending them to family and friends.
The Tango is a spacious cruiser. It was ideal for my wife and I and our two German Shorthaired Pointers. It has two cabins but only one shower and one toilet so if you have four going on the cruis I would say you would have to be very close. Personally I would not recommend the boat for six people but it can sleep six. The boat itself was really easy to sail without the bow thrusters but on the odd occasion I did use them I found them really helpful and worth having. Up on deck we found the elevated position and seating to be very good with plenty of room. We never used the sun deck, forward to the ships wheel, but for sun worshippers I guess this would be fantastic. Mooring the boat was easy (both my wife and I had had knee operations up to four months before) and had no problem casting off.We would happily take the Tango out again (maybe in France for a change). Recommended.
We were caught with others in the most unusual floods in this area for sometime. The manager of the Migennes base was very helpful in trying to find us an alternative route that was not flooded out when our cruise had to be changed. All in all they did their best to make our time well and truly pleasant and to arrange whatever we wanted.
This boat is excellent for 4 people -- very comfortable and easy to use.
