Very clear and helpful from start to finish. Website and documents easy to understand, with lots of useful information.
Beautiful location to be moored up at, and staff very friendly and helpful.
They gave us all the information we needed and replied promptly to our emailed queries
Very helpful instructions in the use of the boat. Friendly staff.
The website and prices were vague and operator was clutching at straws to compensate for major price variations. At the boat yard the service at check in was swift and efficient. The boat training and induction was pitched at the correct level as this was our third Scottish le boat holiday, with basics recovered and the different boat specifics gone over. The one to one service in the boat yard was above expectation and was a great start to our holiday. The boat was ready, clean. It would have been better if the beds had been made but we had everything we required.
Great boat with excellent lounge area with great views. Bow thruster and rest of mechanics worked perfectly.
We travelled with another couple from Australia. We were in Scotland for our sons wedding. We do a lot of boating in Australia and decided it would be great to cruise the Caledonian canal for a week. We had a wonderful time and would love to do this again sometime.
We saw most points of interest along the way. dinner at Inverarry castle was a real treat. it was quite thrilling to catch a brown trout. it was great fun going thru the locks. Port Agugustus was a great place to watch the passing parade.
