Le Boat offer a Travel Insurance scheme for holidays booked through them. This insurance is underwritten by Europ Assistance Holding Irish Branch. Europ Assistance Holdings Limited are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.

This policy is conditional upon each insured person being in good health at the time of booking.
If you are aware of any medical conditions or material facts that may prevent acceptance of your cover, it is vital that you inform Europ Assistance on 0844 338 6215. After you have purchased our insurance, phone the medical screening helpline to check that any pre-existing conditions are covered. You may do this in advance, however your main premium will be taken by Le Boat and any additional fees to cover these conditions will be taken by Europ Assistance.
If you do not advise Europ Assistance of any medical conditions and have them accepted for cover, they will not be covered. It may be necessary for you to pay an additional premium to Europ Assistance cover your pre-existing medical conditions.

Standard Cover - a per person policy covering you for the number of days specified
Child Cover - a reduced rate for children aged between 13 years and 18 years. Under 13 years are free.
N.B: Children, under the age of 13 on return from holiday, are insured free of charge when travelling with parents insured under this scheme.

Your insurance covers commences at the UK departure point for your Le Boat holiday, or from the departure base at your chosen holiday destination.
If you have booked separately from your Le Boat Holiday, flights and accommodation which form part of your holiday, the full policy benefits outlined above apply. If you are forced to cancel your holiday for an insured reason the costs of the separate flights and accommodation would also be covered.
If you have to cancel your holiday, the policy may, depending on the reason for the cancellation, cover you for the cancellation fees levied by Le Boat.
Please note if you do not insure with Europ Assistance it may be more difficult for our operational staff overseas to assist in cases of emergency. With effect from 01 January 2009, Le Boat will be an Appointed Representative of Europ Assistance Holdings Limited in respect of Connected Travel Insurance Policies. Europ Assistance Holdings Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.
This insurance is only available if bought with your holiday direct from Le Boat.
