Boats' Capacity : Comfortably sleeps & saloon

All our boats are classified according to how many people they comfortably sleep : 2+, 4+, 6+ & 8+.

If a boat is listed as 6+2, it means that it sleeps six people comfortably in cabins, with the option to sleep two further people on a convertible bed/settee in the saloon area.

Most of our boats have adaptable bed layouts. The colour coded beds in the boats plans indicates the type of bed (double, single, convert to double).

Our anchor grading system helps you to match a boat to your budget and expectations in terms of overall age, style and comfort. The more anchors a boat has, the more it has to offer!

LeBoat's Refurbishment Program :

Each year, some of our most popular models are refurbished and upgraded (interiors, exteriors, electronics, etc.) in order to always offer the most confortable boats to our customers.

In 2012, 145 boats will be included in our "Refurbishment Program" which concerns 6 of our most popular models : Elegance, Clipper, Royal Classique, Classique Star & Grand Classique.

From new upholstery and ?ooring to complete new kitchen galleys and bathrooms with electric toilets, we are determined to operate the best ?eet on the waterways. 2012 also sees the continuation of our bathroom upgrade programme across all our 4-anchor boats, and all our 6, 5 and 4 anchor boats now offer shore power as standard.

Support : Boat handling demo & assistance

Before you go, you’ll be taken out onto the water for a hands-on cruising demonstration by one of our base team. You will learn:

• how to manoeuvre your boat for mooring in marinas or at the side of the quay
• how to drive your boat safely and responsibly
  
• where possible, how to go through a lock.
  

Plus, our extensive network of bases means you are never very far from our teams of mechanics. They will assist you with any problems or dif?culties while you are cruising.

And don’t forget, a boat needs a skipper and a crew – so teamwork is very important!
